These general terms explain how estimate requests and service information on this website are handled. The final scope, schedule and price for a cleaning service are confirmed directly with each client.

Estimate requests

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed appointment or guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only after Genese Professional Cleaning LLC agrees to the service details, date and price.

Preliminary estimates, pricing and scope

A preliminary estimate is based on the property information, photos or videos and requested services supplied by the client. It is not a guaranteed final price. Prices are personalized based on the actual property size, condition, frequency, location and special instructions. If the actual conditions or requested work differ, Genese will explain any adjustment and receive client approval before cleaning begins.

Booking deposits

Some appointments may require a booking deposit. When requested, the deposit amount and payment instructions will be provided directly and the deposit will be applied to the final balance, subject to the confirmed booking terms.

Access and preparation

Clients are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the property and communicating relevant instructions or conditions before service begins.

Changes and rescheduling

If you need to change an appointment, contact us as early as possible. Availability for a replacement date is not guaranteed until confirmed.
